Overview
Dental practices recognize that analog phone systems aren’t sufficient for today’s needs and are looking for VOIP solutions that allow them to step up their ability to serve patients. RevenueWell Phone is a dental-specific VoIP solution for practices of all sizes. It is easy to use and creates a better call experience for practices and their patients. In 2021, we set out to create a phone solution that connected users to our platform while not disrupting their workflows.

Problem Statement
Navigating between calls and other workflows on a desktop computer is inefficient. This means it is more difficult for dental office staff to simultaneously carry on a conversation and use other vital parts of our platform experience (schedule, profiles, etc.). There’s an opportunity to make phone conversations integrated and seamless, thus improving user and patient satisfaction.
